This was a replacement for a Gateway laptop power cache that went bad. I purchased this item because it was priced lower than all others items on the internet for my laptop. I have had it for three weeks and it works forfeiture. The unit does not have a power light like the one it replaced, which was fastidious because you could tell if the old unit was getting power when plugged in. However plugging the part into the laptop will cause my laptops charging light to come on, so not a authentic big deal. The weird thing with this unit is now when plugged into the wall next to my escritoire, the TV on a different wall outlet starts getting a little hindrance. I unplug the power supply and the interference goes away. I use wired internet and when the power furnishing is closer to the Ethernet cable the interference increases. This never happed with the old piece. I figure this units wiring might not be as shielded as the original power up from gateway but overall it works.

Igor: What, Noooooo, that is awful, craftsman, can't you do something?
Dr. Frankestein: I am afraid Igor, without power to supply the battery, the labtop shall no longer operational once the battey loses power, therefore...
Igor: Therefore....
Dr.Frankenstein: We have no realm of possibilities but to temporarily disuse the labtop till we can find a new adaptor cord.
Igor: that means, no youtube, no chirrup, no facebook, Nooooooooooo....
(A few weeks later, Dr frankenstein orders a recommendation adaptor from amazon and receives it on Feb 20)
Dr.Frankestein: Igor, I have finally got a new rope for the labtop.
Igor: Oh goody, master.
Dr.Frankenstein: Quick Igor, to the labaratory.
(At the laboratory)
Dr.Frankestein: Now Igor, when I give the timer, connect the cord to the outlet.
Igor: Yes master.
Dr. Frankestein: Now, lash the cord.
(Dr frankestein turns on labtop)
Dr.Frankestein: Yes, IT's ALIVE, IT's Brisk.
Igor: Oh, Goody, goody
Dr. Frankestein: Yes Igor, no we can watch youtube, cheep, log on to facebook; I'll be unstoppable, MWAH HA HA HA HA....

Whenever I try to instal Linux on my laptop, grub-introduce says it can’t introduce. When doing it manually, it says the information system is not recognized, or something, says the booth fount is 0×06. It’s happened only when installing on my laptop, with both Kubuntu and Gentoo (Gentoo said stage-manage 1 not impute to technically) What is prevalent on here?!?
