    problem hp compaq 6735b?

    Q: yesterday I bought hp 6735b but when i press the power button it just turn on all lights and nothing doesn't appear on screen. It seems that the power arrives but the operating system doesn't start (the OS should be FreeDOS). What could be the problem?

    A: After you turn it on, wait about 10 minutes. Then hit the Alt+F7 key at the same time. Then do this once more. If the screen comes on when you do this everything is fine, it just got shut down (previously) with the external monitor setting activated.
