OK - Ordinarily life expectancyIt's an ok artefact I guess. Mine lasted eight months, which sadly is just the norm for this genus of charger (currently the fourth in a row for my nx7400 laptop). Bought the same one when it died. Would do it again.

Big Brick for HP/Compaq NX7400
A block is a brick is a brick. Guess they work or they don't. This one is identical to my original, which I still use - well-founded wanted another to use in another room without hauling the original brick around. Good by-product. Wish I could get every replacement part for my three year old HP laptop to work as well. Good picture to have a duplicate in any case. They get lost or chewed by the dog. Hope to keep my dual quintessence business laptop running for another few years. Just replaced windows XP with windows 7 - a considerable idea. Had to do a clean install on a new 320GB hard drive. Not many problems. In fine a good OS from Microsoft. Runs fast, gets your drivers, doesn't nag as much. Recommended for older pc upgrades. Along with this power constituent, of course.

It works through-and-through on my wife HP NX 6310. It even says HP on the back label (LOL). Nice replacement.

Q: Hi, i have a laptop that has the ball mouse in the middle of the key board. (Hp Compaq NC2400) Theres a feature on the laptop for scrolling with the wheel? It says "Roll the wheel one notch to scroll". I can't figure out how to make it work.
