HP G60-121WM CPU Upgrade - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net
Documentation of ownership sums it up nicely. I went pad hunting after Thanksgiving last year, but Unexcelled Buy was absurd. The rule at WalMart was slightly more inspiring, and, propitious for me, I found this comparatively sorry shape. It was undoubtedly an impulse buy; a petty more explore would have paid off. In my explanation, however, I had been ignoring computers for a few years at that emphasize, thus deeming a apart quintessence admissible. Anyway, after seeing the socket fount in a comparable paragon at labour I evident to scrutiny implied upgrade options. After pulling up CPUZ I tracked down the stand info and found some comparisons at www.notebookcheck.net . Then, a bit idiotically, I nabbed a Turion TL-58 on eBay; in my hustle, it looks like I overlooked some compatibility issues with this mobo. The help guide lists the RM/ZM series as welcome, but makes no reference of the TL models. So, this raises the doubt: Am I the proud proprietor a ineffectual chime in, or is the compatibility info published by HP of minimum house? The TL's use the same socket group (S1-Gen2. . . I do on), but will there be an point with voltages? I was planning on underclocking anyway, in presentiment of increased stimulation, but it's looking cheerless.
