Crucial product for the price
Our original HP AC adapter wire became unarmed, started to spark and needed to be thrown away. No problem because we had a Fry's outspread warranty. Fry's rejected our claim as this was an "accessory". Okay, fine, we'll never buy an stretched out warranty from you again; lesson learned and we move on. On to Amazon and found this at an unbelievable price as Fry's wanted to protection us $70 for a "generic" model. Ordered it and it was delivered within a few days. The only paint back is that both the outlet and laptop cords are shorter than the manufacturer's but can not complain with the strong cost savings.
