HP Pavilion DV6640US 15.4-inch Entertainment Laptop (AMD Athlon 64 ...

I purchased the HP Pavillion dv6700 series about 14 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it since. My first sense of it when I pulled it out of the box was how compact it was; but this can be expected with a 15.4" laptop. About six months of use, the visual motivate died. I was superior to get a replacement under undertaking. Then, a few months after that, the correct pivot that attaches the keep track of to the inferior became non-specific. I am now out of the 1-year pledge, and HP tells me that it will tariff $300 to get it intent. That is partially the quotation that I paid for the computer. I ask them where an HP fix-it concern is in my size. The only seats are the First Buys in my region, but they won't do anything since I didn't buy the produce from them. A supporter of mine bought a equivalent HP and he had to have the motherboard replaced after four months of use. Of course, HP is interested only in collection-producing sale-priced machines that perchance can last through their 1-year warranties. I will never buy from HP again. Cheaply HP Pavilion DV6640US 15.4-inch Distraction Laptop (AMD Athlon 64 Processor TK-55, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB Cool Conduct, Vista Thin on the ground b costly)!
