Well, as my tweets may put; i’ve decisive to redo my os sting on my HP DV6700T laptop. for a doll-sized while i was disquieting (not very cruel) to barter my hp laptop since i was using my air or about more when on the go. however after realizing the expense of a macbook pro and how much i prob would get for my hp i obvious on keeping my hp and in end up relook into hackintoshing it.
last year i tried using a kalyway osx86 distro/installer and had bonny moral star except for no builtin wifi, shaddy shutdown/audio issues (you either get working shutdown and no audio, or audio and having to arduously power down laptop; doh!) which are two big negatives if your annoying to use it as your essential os.
however this heretofore i clear i’d try to use a newer distro/installer, iDeneb 1.4 (it also was patched to 10.5.6; another reaction that all things considered up against it my trap was updating!).

Here is my call for tools configuration of my laptop (since there are tons of dv6xxx models out there).

I intially tried using the Kalyway 10.5.2 distro/installer (notes for this will be at end of duty) but updating to 10.5.6 at the end of the day made a clutter up of my system and on one's uppers audio/shutdown and other quirks. A substitute alternatively, I unhesitating to use the iDeneb 1.4, 10.5.6 distro/installer.iDeneb includes the EFI Chamelon bootloader and tons of drivers/fixes; some have complained about the distrib but i place of safety’t had any probs yet.
...What is a good docking station for the hp dv6700t?
Q: I want to get a docking station for my hp dv6700t. The one that HP offers is on sale for $200 (normally it's $250). That sounds really expensive just to plug a laptop in. Does anyone know if there is a cheaper docking station available? I just want to be able to use a wireless keyboard and mouse with my laptop. That's all I need.
A: Realistically this is not that pricey... .It's not just to plug a laptop in, for instance you use an external monitor you can plug it into the docking station instead of plugging it in and out the laptop all the time, same with mice and other USB Devices, if you don't need these things and don't want to pay this much a docking station may not be for you. You don't need a docking station to use a wireless mouse and keyboard... Just go and buy one that matches sys. requirements and refer to the manual for set-up instructions...
