Q: I just recently bought the new Lenovo Thinkpad X61 tablet with Windows Vista Ultimate. Programs would freeze and go into the not reponding mode all the time. I was just wandering if iam the only one experanicing this problem and would should i do? Is it vista or is it the laptop?
A: I'm not sure. I also have the X61 tablet, with Vista Business, and the same exact thing happens to me on a regular basis.
Contact Lenovo support by phone, or go to IBM's Electronic Service Call (ESC+) (via Lenovo's support pages). I have used both methods for other issues, and both work very well. They ship parts within 2 days when necessary. Their support services are the main reason I still use this machine.
