Customer Reviews
Didn't trade well for me.
Charged the freestyle fully and tried to discharge. Tried this few times. Laptop was shutdown after 15 mins on the spur of the moment. It lost power from battery completely. Returned this and they sent me another one. The other gives jam for only 30 mins. Not happy with the product. Returned the second one also.

How to open display panel and remove LCD screen with inverter from ...

In the later handle I will unsheltered up the show panel and wipe LCD shelter with inverter provisions from a Sony Vaio PCG-K series laptop. As an specimen I’ll be delightful separately a Sony Vaio PCG-K33 laptop. These instructions should occupation for many other laptops in PCG-K strand.
By the way, in one of the foregoing posts I resolve how to right of entry the power jack .
There are four screws securing the unveil bezel (disguise) to the LCD screen. These screws are cryptic under four rubber covers. Two louring covers on the top of the bezel (considerable with yellow squares) and two wan covers (conspicuous with red squares).
Eradicate two off-white covers on the bottom.

Get rid of two furious covers on the top.
Efface four screws found under the covers.
Now you can start removing the vaunt bezel as it shown on the carbon copy below. With intent unshackle the bezel from under the hing covering with your fingers.
Extend removing the manifestation bezel.
At the end of the day, the exhibit bezel has been removed.
The evaluate inverter is sited below the camouflage. There are no screws securing the inverter in this working model. The inverter lodge entirely glued to the shelter inundate.
Purposefully unplug cables from both sides of the inverter.
The inverter ship aboard has been removed.
Now I’m universal to unseat the LCD shroud.
Move six screws securing the advertise piecing together to the stretch over.
Now you can diverge the sieve set-up from the bedclothes and entrance the LCD strand. The LCD wire has to be unplugged from the vet.
Slaughter the yellow seal. Intentionally a pink slip on latches securing the LCD line and muscle the radio from the connector.
After that you can take the unfold throng from the run things. As you see on the idea below, the mounting brackets are still seconded to the strainer. In tidy to cast off the brackets, absolutely dispose of four screws securing them to the LCD shield.

How much longer before I cant do anything with my Sony VAIO PCG-K33 with 3.06GHz and 1GB RAM?
Q: I bought a Sony VAIO PCG-K33 1GB RAM and 3GHz processor Pentium 4. It has Windows XP Home. I am wondering what i cant do with it that XP Pro can, and how much longer before it will be obsolete.
**1GB was upgraded and is the max that one can take.
Thanks.
A: It won't be obsolete until Microsoft stops issuing critical updates for it.
On 8 April 2014, all Windows XP support, including security updates and security-related hotfixes will be terminated.
Think of it as a tool, as long as it allows you to do things like access the Internet and email, and type documents and create spreadsheets, it won't be obsolete.
But the computer hardware will not last forevever, figure it has no more than 5 years of life at most, so during that time figure out what you want your next computer to be and see what becomes available.
I have Windows XP on a desktop, a laptop, and a new mini-laptop (Acer Aspire One) so I intend to use it as long a possible.
I'm not a gamer, so I don't care about overclocking or other performance issues.
