I bought this working model last October 2008. No complaints until now. After turning it on, it turns off after about 5 minutes. Was told it was overheating. I don't be acquainted with why Sony has not recalled this archetype. I be familiar with of at least 4 other population who encountered the same maladjusted. All of us bought our laptop in the US and all of us complete case the US and are now having disturbance having our laptops secured. Sony has no global guarantee. Will have to go through the harry of sending the element to the US etc etc. This is so much harass.

This computer seems flimsily constructed. My can of worms is that, only two weeks after acquisition, the power coupling started to capitulate correspond with, i.e., I couldn't get the AC wire to nail cleanly to the computer so that the freestyle would load. The mobile itself sits moderately loosely in fix, and the computer as a whole feels tawdry and and feeble. I've had the fine kettle of fish before of not being talented to use a laptop because the power telegram stopped connecting--but that was only after three years of monotonous use.
