Q: Getting ready for my first laptop purchase (I intend to use it to play World of Warcraft).
Yes, I know the pluses and cons of a laptop vs desktop, but Im set on this.
Right now I have narrowed my search to 2 systems:

Yes, looks do attract me, so the Qosmio is very tempting. I want this to last me a few years - and it looks like some of the Toshiba specs are just lesser than the ASUS.
Will I feel silly buying one over the other?
A: i'm buying that same laptop for many reasons.1.i like toshiba laptops this will be my 2 in 5 yrs, plus most of my family and friends have moved away from other brands to toshiba and dont have issues they used to have with their former brands.
2. the price for the all it offers is great.
3.it is a top of the line multimedia notebook and i'm very interested in it for video editing.
3. it can run crysis and many of the new games coming out today that can't be run on other notebooks at this price range.
4. according to all the reviews i've read it has the best audio of any laptop on the market.
5. it is a sexy looking laptop in addition to all it offers.
** the only downside i 'm seeing now and hope to see when it reaches my door step is the weight. 8.2 lbs plus the adapter in a Samsonite laptop bag will be pretty heavy but i can look past that for all i'm getting.**
i should be getting it in a few days and i can't wait!!!
