I have Toshiba Satellite A205 - S4607 i wiil - FixYa

I have a Toshiba Satellite A205-S4607 running SUSE 10.3 - The sound does not work, does anyone know any help?
Q: I ran out of characters - it is running suse 10.3, and there is no sound. i have tried the realtek driver realtek-linux-audiopack-4.07a, but it does not seem to work... does anyone know of any fixes or driver downloads to help?
