Okay -- I didn't think I had to note this but because of the responses.
Toshiba does not support any of the current laptops designed for Vista to operate under XP. To make the switch owners must locate drivers from manufactures or users. I am placing notices on chat boards attempting to locate drivers. If you know of a site which has a good chat board please suggest that too.
